    Our business has grown to the extent that we are now receiving more
emails than we can answer in any given day and we apologize if you don't

an immediate answer we suggest you call us with the question.  We will

taking care of store business, walk-in customers, phone calls and filling

our product lines and many new items that we continue to add. If there
happens to be anything you need and don't see, give us a call, we have an
extensive inventory of used parts not listed on our website and we'll do

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO: (posted 9-26-03)
    We have recently had cases where customers who have placed previous
website orders are re-ordering additional parts and using pre-existing info
without updating the shipping request.  In other words, if your last order was
Next Day Air, the current order states Next Day Air also.  Please make sure
you enter the proper shipping info for each order placed, thanks!
    UPS has recently improved their service from their Memphis, TN hub.
(All orders that ship from here by UPS go to Memphis the same evening.)
We can now estimate the following times for GROUND shipments:
    NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY:
Northern 1/2 AL, All of AR, S.W. 1/2 KY, northern 1/2 plus S.E. LA, All of MS,
Boot Heel of MO plus St. Louis Metro Area (Incl IL), western 3/4 of TN.
    2nd BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY:  
All of the following states- AL, FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, KY, MD, DE, WA-DC,
NJ, PA, OH, IN, IL, IA, MO, KS, OK, plus All of Lower MI, southern 1/2 of WI,
eastern 1/2 of NE, All but S.W. TX
    3rd BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY: 
All of SD, ND, NM, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, plus most of ME & MN, S.W. TX,
eastern CO, S.E. corner of WY, western NE, northern WI, U.P. of MI.
    The N.W. section of MN and northern ME are 4 day and all western states
from the Rocky Mountains to Pacific Ocean are 4-6 day delivery.
    These are NOT guaranteed delivery times but their schedule would have
this time frame under normal circumstances.  We are giving this info with
the hope of saving our customers money on shipping. (It would be un-necessary
to order UPS 3 Day Select and pay more than ground rates if you live in a state
that would get a package delivered in 2 days by ground) 

   SHIPPING POLICY:
 All orders will ship by US mail or UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
This chart refers only to standard size packages shipped to destinations within
the contiguous 48 states.  The chart does not show fees for faster, international,
oversize or multiple piece shipments which must be calculated on an individual
basis according to size, weight and destination.  All international shipments
require additional paperwork, the related handling fee is $25.00 regardless of
shipment value.
As much as we try to have items in stock, we cannot predict when a supplier will
back order an item.  As a result your order may be delayed or we may ship a
partial order incomplete and if we find the delay will be extended,
we will contact you regarding the item.

RETURN POLICY:

You may return all or part of your order up to 30 days after the original shipping date, 
if the item is in new, saleable condition we will immedietly post a 100% store credit or 
refund you, by check, less a 10% restocking fee.
If you want a return truck freight and special order items, 
you must contact John at (731)926-1004.
